Shipping & Order Processing

BAHATIKA offers global shipping to all countries reachable by DHL. We are working on providing the best shipping cost for you.

We offer GOGREEN shipping by DHL (to countries where GOGREEN is available). The GOGREEN CARBON NEUTRAL service helps to combat climate change by offsetting emissions from the transportation of our shipments. The shipment speed depends on the receiving country:
 
Shipping within Germany:            Free              1-2 days
Shipping within Europe:               12.99 EUR    3-5 days
Shipping outside Europe              19.99EUR     5-7 days
 
Please allow us 1-2 days for the processing of your order. If you need your order as fast as possible, please put down a note during the checkout.

Once we receive your order via our online shop, we will start preparing your items for shipping. You will get an email for the shipping notification which includes a tracking number as soon as the package is on its way.

Mistakes can happen. Sometimes, it also takes longer for the carrier to update the information in their system. If it’s not working at all, please contact us via customerservice@bahatika.com and we will give you more detailed information about your package.

No Problem! Please contact us via customerservice@bahatika.com with the correct information. We will update your order if it’s not shipped out yet.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cover this for you. Taxes, duties and customs are in your responsibility if occurred.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

 The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BAHATIKA GmbH, Hauptstrasse 63, 69151 Neckargemünd, Germany, E-mail: customerservice@bahatika.com) via mail or email about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use our official return form which is included in your shipment or you can request the form via mail.

 

To stay within the stated cancellation period, a notice via mail is sufficient to inform us about your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The products or goods must be sent back unused and original packaging undamaged. A refurbishment fee will be applied if products have been used. Same applies if products or goods are not returned completely.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@bahatika.com and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over EUR 50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
